I am sorry if this is not the right community. I see this type of sticker all over the place, but never with the same words on it. Does this have a meaning to anyone? Is it just a tag?

Community page says there are 11 posts. When actually viewing the community I see 3. Did they get deleted or is there a bug somewhere? Solution: Enable "View seen posts" in account settings.

I was going to delete due to the flash glare, but on second thought it looked kinda grimy. Meter boxes right outside of an art store.
