Thoughts on the new creatine research?
www.mdpi.comThis meta analysis found that creatine has a trivial effect on muscle growth. However, Greg Nuckles says that this study is actually saying that creatine helps you build muscle up to 1/3 faster.

I’m a little disappointed by what the study found but Greg’s thoughts kind of make sense.
