Having ED(?) taken seriously?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone young-ish (late 20s) with ED(?) has had tips for getting taken seriously? I've been to 2 urologists and each one pretty much walked in, said it's neurological, and prescribed pills. I've gone from being able to have sex for hours (even if not fully erect) to basically losing all energy as soon as I cum which feels like it's more physical than anything but dunno.
