This one rule change could solve lots of issues.

I was explaining cards to someone today and they asked if yellow cards were assigned to the player committing the foul or the team. This really got me thinking. What if yellow cards were assigned to the team and therefore every two yellows the fouled team would get to choose which player from the team committing the foul would be red carded?
