Is there somewhere adults can speak to someone in times of crisis?

Something like that kids help phone thing but for adults. I'm specifically looking for a website I saw posted somewhere weeks ago, I don't remember the name, it was a free website where you could speak to someone - I don't believe it was necessarily professionals.
