New Charm City Circulator Route Being Added, Federal Hill Stops Being Removed from Purple Route

The Purple Route stops at Cross Street Market, Ostend St., Fort Ave. (southern most point), West St., and Henrietta St. will be eliminated. However, the Cherry Route will go as far south in Federal Hi
