How do you avoid burnout?

How do I stop my body from telling me to fuck off when I need to get shit done.

ADHD doesn't help

Should I go back on ADHD medication? I really don't like having to see a psych once a month to get it though... Shit's expensive (I feel bad for saying that though because it's wayyyy cheaper for me than my American comrades)
