Announcement: Mastodon has been upgraded to v4.3.0

Announcement: The migration to Mastodon v4.3.0 is complete; everything went smoothly, and I did not encounter any issues. I also updated PostgreSQL (from 14.x to 16.x) and am recreating the Elasticsearch indexes. If you encounter any problems, please let me know.
