Generally yes, buy when it is low. Have a look at some graphs of recent performance to see if this is lower than typical weekly low points
Tesla does have room to expand; the biggest risk is that Musk does something stupid that damages Tesla, he has not done so yet - he seems competent at running (or has given important parts of the job to competent people) Tesla and SpaceX
Safer investment is through exchange traded funds, especially those which track major indexes (also known as index funds). You buy these the same way you buy other stocks - you're buying shares in the fund

They should outcompete Uber and the others. They should provide very low cost point to point transport

I think he made it reasonably clear that $30k was for the small self driving taxi, and the mini-bus would also become available

It really sucks for nightmares. I heard about someone else with the same thing, they were prescribed sleeping tablets and told to use a sleeping bag if sleeping above ground floor (for fear that the dream might make him jump out of a window
I don't think accidentally hurting oneself is a likely outcome though as these dreams only happen when you're very close to full consciousness on the way to sleep or wakefulness, and they dispel quickly after you start being active

You've heard of sleep paralysis?
Some of us get that dream effect (eyes open, dream reality overlaid over real reality) but without paralysis.
Opening your eyes? They're already open and the dream is running
Getting out of bed? Touch hallucinations may become part of it
Usually turning on a light gets me out. That or time

Yeast in sugar is going: I'll just convert this to poison (ethanol) to keep everything away, then whenever I'm hungry I'll break that poison into acid
Humans: hold my... Wait a minute let's make beer!
Parrots: tasty tasty poison
Fruit flies: bonanza!

I really wonder about fusion. Most of the news of energy production higher than energy input is about non-electricity fusion - the big tokamak fusion systems are not yet producing more power than they take to run, but scientists working on them are expecting good results soon
Like when I was a kid fusion was 20 years away and would always be 20 years away. Now it looks like it'll be 5 years away for a while

Kilowatt. I don't expect Americans to know how to spell it. The American unit is horsepower or BTU

It's not too cheap to meter even when provided as a public service. Nuclear is more expensive than battery + solar, more expensive than wind, more expensive than coal
"Too cheap to meter" was a lie that ignored costs of safety and decommissioning.

The apostrophe abbreviates the es (to 's) that used to be part of the English possessive (as it still is on some words that end s)
It's a bit shit. Lots of people have trouble with it, lots of English as a second language people have trouble with not understanding what is replaced by the apostrophe
We all know this, but this might be a good article to share with friends and relatives, it's two years old, but I hadn't seen it before. TLDR: University of Adelaide (in Australia) scientists examined meat eating in cultures world wide, and found that more meat correlates with longer life. They point out that previous research efforts indicating meat causes bad health are badly designed and suspect on the face of them, but even more suspect with this study
