Weight is my go to for any measurement I want to be reasonably precise, solids or liquids. my kitchen scale gets a lot of use.

that said, if this is a baked good like a cookie or brownie where you enjoy biting into the existing texture, I'd probably go with less precise and just cutting it by eye in whatever way seems less destructive. 1/5ths is a little tough though. I'd tend to go for 1/4 or 1/6 and feel better about the precision to cut something in half and then half again or in thirds and then half again.

Biden should straight up resign and hand over power to Kamala now. That would short circuit the nomination process and completely undercut any argument that she's not up for the job if it's no longer hypothetical and she's actually just rocking it IRL.

Given Biden’s condition, the Trump campaign will try to stoke irrational fears about a potential Harris presidency anyway. And the hypothetical, driven as it is by lurid right-wing fantasies, will necessarily be worse than the reality. That is, Harris can begin to defuse apocalyptic right-wing arguments against her—that she is some kind of left-wing radical who will render the country unrecognizable—by governing wisely for the remainder of the term.

Same here, I was a big fan of Nova until I discovered Niagara about a year ago. It's a totally different concept from the icon based launchers. I love the minimalist approach to widgets and the self optimizing app list. Tying it in with sesame has led me that product as well and I'm finding the whole solution to be really nice

Well they have to be really white though, not like those lazy Spaniards, Italians or Greeks. Should probably leave the Catholics out of it, too, and maybe the Irish for that matter. Do Portuguese count? 🤔 /s

US here, before COVID I would tip delivery drivers but not if I was picking it up. Now I tip 10-15% for takeout and 20%-25% for table service. I've also come to understand that checking your order, packing the bag, and including condiments or extras all take time and I've decided I'm ok tipping for that if it helps them earn a more decent living.
