I hope the state supreme court allows them to keep their right to a jury trial. It clearly states in our 7th amendment it is preserved for any case above $20 and that it will always be upheld. There is no alternative in the wording, it is so clearly written and if it is ignored I want to see all the judges bank account and donations because the constitution for jury trials are clearly written and cannot be told in any other way.

John Yudkin was the one to purpose that sugar was dangerous for our bodies and heart plus responsible for obesity but he couldn't prove it and was criticized by his scientist who were paid by the sugar industry. I forget to state the sugar industry was funding scientist to blame it all on fat. It was a pseudoscience till the 70s and 80s when they found the correlation that Yudkin was missing.

Why is no one mentioning, that under the 14th amendment, there is literally no statement on whether or not its state or congress power. All it says is they just become ineligible when they committed the insurrection. The only power given to congress is, you can override it and allow them to run again. Supreme Court seems to ignore the entire wording, if they agree that trump committed the insurrection is factual, than he should be ineligible per the wording.
The wording is similar to criminal law rather than amendment, be a politician who decides to rebel or commit an insurrection than no more politics for you. This was also written to make sure no one in the confederacy to run in politics, and if that's the case than its also the case that trump cannot run, as its automatically applied.

That woman is a fucking asshole, censuring the brutality on slavery of the plantation that had majority of the history there. She definitely wants to glorify slavery to be good and wants it back as there is no someone believes this unless she is trying to change it was acceptable to own people at time and that people should own slaves again. She should have her channel remove for misinformation. At the time slavery was brutal, and was not socially acceptable to some at the time as some of the founding father wanted to end slavery in america even though they were hypocrites some wanted to end slavery.

You can request your trial to be done by mail, yes this is legal and if you truly want to get out of a speeding ticket or any other tickets or fine. Just do it the trial by mail and always postpone it for a greater chance of the officer just letting you win it. The source for all my information is from a lawyer, also check your local laws or state laws about this, thank you maggoty as it depends.

The reason for that was because he could not have a pc or access to the internet but an amazon fire stick, is allowed since they do not expect him to use it for other purposes with the browser. Must have found a site that gave him access to a virtual machine or a VPS virtual private server to phish a rockstar games employee and from there access slack and then release footage of it on gtaforums.

Is this not a violation of the 14th amendment at all. What if some of the palestinians were born in america, even if the supreme court is radical, the 14th amendment is so clearly stated, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
It is clearly written, and they cannot interpret state being only states and not the federal government they must pass an amendment to overturn it, and it is clearly that the last line "Nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of laws", basicially states you cannot deny an american his right to being equal and does not state, if it is only state law and if they fuck with it, it could unleash all hell as now anyone could have there citizenship taken away by the federal government because of what nation they from.
