No, just a fair trial for everyone.
I hate musk more than most and want to see him pay for his crimes, but arresting him for an illegal lottery, that's possibly a sweep stake, is out of the realm of what I believe in. What the user suggested sounds very fascist to me.
I'm glad you guys aren't in charge

Right about the radical left wanting to imprison political opponents. Without due process
Over an illegal lottery that could be argued to be a sweep

Honestly, it sounds so bad it would proof the trump campaign right.

Are you suggesting to lock musk up for up to a year without a jury convicting him? For an illegal lottery.

musk is all in. He either goes to prison or trump wins.
I'm sure investigation starts immediately, but it won't get results until after the election.

The judge added that Conaghan exhibited a "conspiracy-theory mentality" and misinterpreted "normal workplace interactions" as harassment. The example offered was when Conaghan wrote "whiz" in a coworker's card then claimed another colleague was copying her when they used "whizz" in a different card.
The Guardian reported she also complained after a coworker asked, "Are you taking the piss, Karen?," a popular British term meaning making fun of someone, after she claimed she was doing "all the hard work."

Es gibt halt auch Interessen die Proteste zu deligitimisieren, deswegen ist es umso wichtiger sich klar von Terror abzugrenzen.

I think you left the part out where you went back to /asmongold with your 2017 account to complain.
That's usually the metric that triggers the bots.
Well, it being reddit I wouldn't count out it being programmed so sloppy that it's banning for simply logging in.
I'm most surprised that you assumed you wouldn't get banned in the first place. Commenting there is no difference to commenting on his streams. I don't get why people watch this asshole anyway.

A judge will now rule whether he should be held in custody ahead of trial
That's standard procedure. Police can't just hold him forever without judges making the decision for them.
In France they determine mainly if there's a risk of fleeing, or a risk to society.
The same process would've been done after a murder with a gun.
It's the same in America, they just made it a business and a part of filling for profit prisons with poor people.
On an unrelated note, I did downvote the whole article because you tacked your opinion onto it. Why not just make a comment that we can vote on instead of pinning it to the top?

I think there's a possibility it might help more than preaching to the choir.
If trump supporters turn off fox news for once and accidentally turn into another station, they would just get the impression trump was telling the truth, if they were trashing on trump for everything.
The trump campaign and russia has done a good job to discredit every single media outlet that isn't theirs in the past 10 years.
It also creates some common ground, since everyone started hating them.
That's probably more coping on my part than truth, though.

I have shared this quote so many times. It doesn't stop being relevant.
Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.
